Note on sizes for our chicken & turkey: You are buying from a small, local farm.  Please remember that our pasture-raised birds are not factory-farmed birds where tens of thousands are raised in controlled conditions.  We raise small flocks on pasture and are not able to control Mother Nature.  Weather affects their size.  Sizes are available on a first come, first served basis.  Please be forgiving if the bird you receive is a little smaller or larger than you anticipated.
